Our recycled fabric ducts look and perform exactly like our standard range — and cost only slightly more. The key difference is that the polyester is made by melting down recycled plastic water bottles.

The process begins with bottles collected from regular recycling points. They are chopped into plastic chips, melted, and carefully filtered to remove impurities from labels, printing, and other contaminants. The cleaned polyester is then spun into fibres, which we use to produce fabric ducting in exactly the same way as
fibres made from virgin polyester.

This means the material in our recycled fabric ducts is 100% post-consumer recycled polyester — giving a second life to materials that might otherwise have ended up in landfill or in our oceans.
